Ask about a survey in SpainBuying abroad introduces practical questions about access, haul-out, local arrangements, documentation and communication. Salomon Marine Surveys works independently for the prospective buyer and travels to the vessel by prior arrangement.
The survey scope is agreed before instruction and adapted to the boat, location and purchase timetable. The resulting report records observed condition, photographic evidence, limitations and practical priorities for your decision.
Surveys may be arranged for private buyers purchasing through a broker, dealer or directly from an owner.

A full pre-purchase inspection can address accessible hull, structure, deck, machinery, electrical and plumbing systems, rig, sails, safety equipment and onboard installations. A haul-out is normally recommended when underwater components need to be examined.
Targeted technical inspections can also be agreed for a known repair, refit item, system or model-specific concern when a full pre-purchase survey is not required.
Catamaran surveys consider the interaction of two hulls, cross-structure, bridge-deck, bulkheads, structural bonding, steering and twin propulsion installations. Practical experience with Lagoon 380, 410 and 440 models provides useful context without replacing evidence from the individual vessel.
The written report is structured to help you distinguish material findings from routine maintenance, monitoring points, documentary uncertainty and inspection limitations. Photographs support the observations, and findings can be discussed after delivery.
Client communication is available in English, German and Danish. Spanish communication can be supported as the business develops.
